As part of the extensive Eurolines network, it theoretically possible to reach any major city in Europe in a maximum one bus change from the huge Esenler bus station about 10kms outside of the centre of Istanbul. Services connect to the likes of London, Berlin, Paris and Prague among many others. On the Asian side, Harem is the main bus depot with regular services to numerous destinations in the Caucasus such as Armenia and Georgia along with those farther afield such as Tehran.
