For dessert, ditch chocolate ice-cream or that fattening piece of cake and opt for some Thai dessert. Try one of many traditional cold desserts like lod chong nam krati (green noodles made of rice eaten with sweetened coconut cream) or sarim (chilled sweet vermicelli in coconut milk). Or lick off a bowl of traditional coconut ice-cream with peanuts and milk on top, and sticky rice at the bottom. The Thais usually prefer it as a sandwich in a slice of bread.
