If visitors have been to areas that are affected by yellow fever, they will need to provide certification of immunisation against the disease. It is recommended that all travellers should be vaccinated against cholera, hepatitis A and B and take precautions against malaria. Malaria tablets should be taken and for extra protection, mosquito repellent should be used and long sleeves should be worn in the evenings.
