Frequent ferry service connects Sweden with Finland – most ferries operating between Stockholm and Helsinki. A twice-daily service is also offered from Stockholm to Turku on the west coast of Finland. From early June to mid-September, ferry services run the route from Travemunde, in Germany to Helsinki.
