Many visitors come to Siem Reap to visit Angkor Wat, but there are also a number of unique museums and galleries to visit while in town. Many of the museums are actually located in small buildings and are not very well organised, but the owners are keen on re-establishing and recording their traditions after the destruction caused by the Khmer Rouge.
